We have covers for most models of keyboard, but if you can’t find the one you need please get in touch and we will do our best to help!
Fitting a keyboard cover couldn’t be easier (click HERE for a quick demo). Once on the keyboard, it can be left in place for as long as needed, allowing regular cleaning and disinfection. Commonly used chemicals such as detergents, alcohol and chlorine solutions have no adverse effect on the polyurethane material from which the covers are made.
All covers are manufactured at our UK facility, using an in-house vacuum forming technology and utilising a mould created from a sample of the original keyboard. The material is extremely robust and provides 24/7 antimicrobial protection from bacterial contamination for the lifetime of the product.
There’s no difference… keyboard covers and keyboard skins are just different terminology for the same type of product. Of course, not all keyboard skins or covers are equal. SteriType keyboard covers are made from a resilient, latex free polyurethane material that will outlast any of the cheaper alternatives.
The covers can indeed be removed. They are really designed to be fitted to a keyboard and left in place, but they can certainly be removed, for example if you need to fit them to a different keyboard.

All SteriType antimicrobial products contain silver phosphate glass, a biocidal product which controls the growth of micro-organisms on the product surface. This product does not contain nano-materials. This technology is not a substitute for good hygiene and/or cleaning practices. Use biocides safely.
