The answers to some of the questions we’re most frequently asked can be found below…
Usually, this will be on one of the labels on the underside of the keyboard. The manufacturer, such as Dell, HP or Microsoft, is important but the most crucial information is the product code. Note that this is not the same as the serial number or FCC ID. If you need help, then email us photos of the keyboard and of any labels on the underside. Please make sure that all text on the label photos is legible so we can give you an accurate answer straight away.
We’ll certainly try! In many instances, we will have a suitable cover from stock but if we don’t, then we will probably be able to help anyway… just email us with your keyboard make & model and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

We supply an alcohol sanitiser specifically for cleaning the covers and keyboards.
Absolutely. The covers contain a silver based antibacterial additive which is effective against a broad range of organisms, such as E. coli, Salmonella and MRSA, but this does not negate the need for good hygiene. We would recommend adhering to your standard cleaning regime.
